These answers apply to the current Hidden Path: Journey Home app and its NoteStep support flow.

What is Hidden Path: Journey Home?

Hidden Path is a single-player memory exploration puzzle. Walk forest paths, remember fading footprints, avoid obstacles, use lantern hints, and collect keepsakes toward home.

Does Hidden Path use subscriptions or cloud sync?

No. Progress is stored locally on your device. Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited hints, permanent ad removal, main paths 41–50, and Premium chapters P1–P10.

How do lantern hints work?

Free players receive two hints per path. After that, one rewarded ad grants one additional hint when fully watched. Premium removes the hint limit.

Where do I manage billing or refunds?

Apple App Store and Google Play handle purchase, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods for the one-time Premium product.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the app name, device model, operating system version, app version, path or Premium chapter ID, and whether the issue involves hints, ads, Premium restore, or progress.
