Premium purchase and restore

Apple and Google process the one-time Premium purchase. NoteStep can help identify where to restore purchases, but refunds and payment changes are handled by the store account used to purchase.

Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Local progress

Progress is stored locally on your device. For path or Premium issues, include the path ID, whether Premium is active, and what happened before the problem.

Privacy and data requests
