Who operates this app

Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit is part of the NoteStep app family. NoteStep maintains the public website, support flow, privacy page, and terms page for this product.

The public website is a static website. Website contact form submissions are sent through the configured email provider so NoteStep can respond to support, purchase, and privacy requests.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers information processed through Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit, the public Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit website pages, app support messages, and operational systems used to provide the product.

This policy does not control Apple, Google, Google AdMob, payment processors, device operating systems, or other third-party services that have their own terms and privacy practices.

Categories of information we may handle

Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit may handle local level progress, Premium entitlement flags, hint counts, privacy consent choices, and support context.

When you send a website support message, we may receive your name, email address, message text, selected app context, and the page path that sent the request.

On-device app data may include chamber completion state, Premium unlock state, local settings, and gameplay progress stored on device.

Commercial information may include app store product identifiers, one-time Premium purchase entitlement status, and non-payment metadata needed to unlock paid features.

Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit stores gameplay progress locally on your device. The app does not require a NoteStep cloud account for core play.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may remove local progress unless the platform or app backup features restore it.

Premium entitlement is verified through Apple or Google purchase records and cached locally after a successful purchase or restore.

How we use information

We use information to operate Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit, help you play mechanism puzzle chambers and manage local progress, provide customer support, troubleshoot errors, verify Premium access, improve reliability, and respond to legal or privacy requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use website support messages for public advertising profiles.

One-time Premium purchase through Apple or Google, optional rewarded ads for extra hints, and local progress storage without a NoteStep cloud account.

Apple App Store and Google Play may process one-time purchases, refunds, tax, and payment details according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Google AdMob or similar ad providers may process limited device and ad interaction data when you choose to view rewarded ads.

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, legal process, platform rules, fraud prevention, or security investigations.

Retention and deletion

We keep support and operational information only as long as needed for support, security, compliance, and backup recovery.

Local gameplay progress remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or clear app storage.

Some purchase or support records may remain where required for store records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Children

Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through support channels, contact NoteStep so the request can be reviewed.
