When you contact NoteStep, include the app name, your device model, operating system version, app version, and the exact steps that caused the issue.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or private authentication codes through the website support form.
Premium purchase and restore
Apple and Google process the one-time Premium purchase. NoteStep can help identify where to restore purchases, but refunds and payment changes are handled by the store account used to purchase.
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Local progress
Progress is stored locally on your device. For chamber or Premium issues, include the chamber ID, whether Premium is active, and what happened before the problem.
Privacy and data requests
Privacy requests may include questions about local data, ad consent, or Premium purchase records. Include the app name, request type, and device or store purchase context.
