By using Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit or the related NoteStep website pages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

Agreement and eligibility

Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit is provided by NoteStep. These terms form an agreement between you and NoteStep for your use of the app and related website pages.

You may use the app only if you can legally agree to these terms and are not prohibited from using the app under applicable law or app store rules.

Using the app responsibly

Ancient Ruins: Light Circuit is provided for playing mechanism puzzle chambers, using hints, and managing local game progress. You are responsible for your gameplay choices and device use.

The app is entertainment software. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional counseling advice.

You are responsible for your device use, purchase decisions, and gameplay choices while solving chambers.

Limited app license

Subject to these terms and applicable app store rules, NoteStep grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or bypass security or payment controls except where the law expressly allows it.

Premium purchase and ads

Ancient Ruins Premium is a one-time purchase product processed by Apple or Google. Rewarded ads are optional and only affect hint availability.

Rewarded ads are optional. Canceling or failing to complete a rewarded ad does not grant an extra hint.

Restore purchase features depend on the app store account used for the original purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or use support channels to submit abusive, unlawful, or harmful content.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass Premium checks, or upload malware through support channels.

Availability and changes

The app and website may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. Some features depend on device compatibility, store approval, network access, or ad provider availability.

NoteStep may update these terms when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

The app and website are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, NoteStep disclaims warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or use case.

You use gameplay features at your own risk and remain responsible for device security, purchase decisions, and safe use.
